There I was thinking I would film a nice cutting video of this Galaxy Cookie Sandwich but the truth is I didn’t wait long enough for the filling to set resulting a big mess 😂

I would like to say no cake was harmed in the making of this video but clearly that is not true and yes I did patch it back together and remake it for the end of the video. (The things we do for content) 🙈

Obviously I could have shown you just the last half of the video but where would the fun be in that….. oh and yes it’s was delicious 😋

So as a baker we all know the nightmare that it caused when @cadburyuk decided to seal Easter eggs shut 😢

Anyway I saw this great hack on how to break them apart without a hot knife and I just had to give it a try and much to my surprise it actually worked!!!! Now you can fill all of those eggs with ease 😊

Have you ever bought a piece of cake advertised as a certain flavour and it contains 1 piece of that flavour chocolate on the top?
